Step 4: The jar—now containing water, fatty acids and less a 10—is shaken vigorously, producing the even emulsion. The jar looks cloudy because of the fats. Now we're ready to see what happens to when Chitosan added.
Step 5: A single capsule of Chitosan used added to the jar. This represents taking Chitosan as it dietary supplement act or before a meal to prevent the stomach and intestines from absorbing fat calories into the bloodstream.
Step 6: Again, the jar shaken vigorously, allowing Chitosan to bind that.
Step 7: Results of demonstration appears instantly: the Chitosan has acted like a magnet. The fat separates to the surface of the water, and a water is clear again.
Clouds of fat (seen here floating in the water) would be eliminated with the fiber through the body instead of contributing their calories to the bloodstream. Had it not been carried away, the body would eventually have deposited them in new, harmful forms such as as body fat or cholesterol.
